This policy explains what Brightwild Adventures collects when you use brightwildadventure.com, why it is collected and the choices you have. Last updated September 7, 2026.

Information collected

When you book a trip, the booking is processed by FareHarbor, which collects the name, email address, phone number and payment details needed to complete the reservation. Brightwild Adventures receives the reservation details and the contact information. Payment card details are handled by FareHarbor and its payment processor and are never stored by Brightwild Adventures.

When you send the contact form, the name, email address, phone number and message you type are delivered to the Brightwild Adventures team so they can reply. When you use the chat bubble, the conversation is handled by Birdeye on Brightwild's behalf.

The site also collects standard technical information such as pages visited, approximate location, device type and referring site through Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, and it may set advertising cookies used to measure Google Ads campaigns.

How the information is used

  • To confirm, manage and run your reservation, including check-in details and weather updates.
  • To answer questions and quotes sent through the form, phone or chat.
  • To understand how the site is used and to improve it.
  • To measure advertising, so the team knows which campaigns lead to bookings.

Brightwild Adventures does not sell personal information.
